Yara Leite Goulart Ulcay: Yara was born in 1969, in Sao Paulo, Brazil. She studied Architecture and City-Planing in Mackenzie Universit. In 1989 she started Yoga, at Institute of Yoga (Krishna Shakti Ashram) with Regina Shakti, and started teaching since 1992. She studied art with Rodrigo Naves. In the beginning of 1996 Yara moved to Turkey, and since then she has been working as an architect, a yoga teacher and since a few years as a graphic artist at Imoga- Grafic Art Museum of Istanbul. Through her studies in Feng-Shui and Vastu Vidya, the Indian philosophy of building, she found her connection between yoga and architecture and started using architecture as a way to find harmony between human beings and their living areas. Yara is married and mother of 3 kids.
